3, Hotel people does not know to speak English at all, if they could not communicate properly, don't manage the international business.
4, No room service at all, only 2 towels for 4 nights. No garbage cleaning. It's terrible.
5, Hotel people added the Wechat App for communication but super slow or no response at all.
6, Pls put this hotel or service apartment in your blacklist, it's way too bad comparing to other ones like Somerset for example.
