Pickup from aiport and checkin and checkout was easy. Staff were friendly.

Stayed here for 1 night. Pros: clean room and bathroom/toilet Water dispenser available outside of the room Helpful staff Close proximity to terminal 4 Nearby fast food places to eat Requested a drop off to the Terminal 4 opposite the hotel and cost me 100php. Cons: Located in somewhat a dodgy complex. I was put into their annex, and it’s not a secure place. The main door to enter the area were the few rooms are was not locked, there should be a key for this. A vendor knocked on my door as soon as I checked in. I have to speak to them through the door as I’m scared to open it to strangers! At night, I have to walk through a bar which occupied the pavement to access into the building. Noisy air con and one can hear the loud banging of the door outside. Woke me up few times.

The hotel location is excellent!!!! There are store shops, restaurants and coffee shops just right outside of the hotel. The area is relatively safe with controlled access points and security rovers. The hotel room is very clean, modern, with hot water showers. The staff are friendly, polite and helful.!

Good value and great if using terminal 4 plus lots of bar/restaurants at night in complex also many options for breakfast too.
