역 바로 앞에 호텔이 있어서 이동이 편리하며 스태프가 친절합니다. 방도 깨끗하고 매우 좋습니다. 조식은 평범했으며 룸서비스 음식은 그리 만족스럽지 못했습니다. 룸서비스 음식을 제외하면 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

그야말로 훌륭.

Staff could care less about guests. It's like pulling teeth, if they respond at all. Room was musty, smelled like sewage at one point and took several calls to service to get help to turn on a fan. If you're a Hilton Honors member, for some reason they don't seem keen to honor the program (i.e., complimentary breakfast for gold members,). Lowest point in service was being completely ignored when calling from the room when sick and asking for medical care options and no response after several conversations with the front desk.

the bathroom flooded everytime we used the shower....informed housekeeping every day but no solution

Quality from start to finish. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, as a family of 5, and it was perfect. Loads of space and the quality of the rooms was the highest we have seen. We have stayed in some very nice hotels from London to New York to Dubai but for quality of rooms, this was the best.
