Beyond Expectation!

We booked here for the local Kite Festival and Parkrun, both within 20minute walk. The staff meeting us on arrival were very attentive, hearing we would be running and not having breakfast we were offered, if we would like, a bacon sandwich on our return. We were then invited to have tea and scones after we'd taken our bags to our room. There was the option of a lift to get thhe bags up the one flight of stairs. Nothing seemed too much for the staff and owners.

Lovely accommodation, in very beautiful grounds. Greeted on arrival by Gary, and shown around the property. A warm and friendly welcome. Then offered a lovely cream tea for two, very nice and welcome cuppa. The room was very comfortable, and well decorated. As for the breakfast so much choice and was tasty and well presented, could not ask for more.

Kim who greets you is just absolutely wonderful so welcoming and chatty and friendly, she made our stay . Everywhere is clean and fresh , lounges to sit in and the outdoor gardens to enjoy too . Handy for Bridlington and other places of interest . Breakfast good using local produce . Parking on site safe and secure .

Great place - cannot fault it.

An outstanding B&B - super clean, with good quality fittings & fixtures. Andrew was a great host - really friendly & informative with the local area. It's a beautiful house & is kept in immaculate condition throughout. The lounge area was lovely - light and peaceful. The perfect place to enjoy the homemade scone & tea on arrival. Breakfast was great - fresh ingredients, and plentiful with good service to your table. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in staying here again. A short (15 min) walk to village & then a further 40 min or so to walk into Bridlington. We enjoyed a visit to Flamborough head (just up the road) to see the seals on Andrews recommendation.
