여러모로 편안한 호텔입니다

매우친절, 로비에 여행정보 등 도와주는 데스크가 따로 있어서 유용했고 조식도 훌륭했음. 역에서 약간 거리가 있어 걷거나 택시를 타야하는데 택시는 호텔에서 불러줘도 사기를 치니 왠만하면 걸어가거나 우버를 부르는게 좋음.

The hotel is beautiful, and has the comfortable beds, slippers, robes, etc. that come with 5* hotels. However, we were disappointed in the bar---flavorless cocktails for 35 Euros! In addition, we were frustrated with some of the staff. For example, we ordered food from a takeaway restaurant and the staff would not even let the delivery person in the lobby to bring us our food. In addition, the room was missing some basic items, like wine glasses for the mini bar. Overall, we had a nice stay, but after staying in numerous 5* hotels worldwide, I would expect better value at this price point.

From the welcome to the departure, the staff at the Hotel Dieu thought through every detail to assure an absolutely relaxing and accommodating stay. The hotel is beautifully appointed with an ultra modern decor set in a stately building in the heart of old Marseille. I would highly recommend the Hotel Dieu.
