3rd and last stay. Cold shower, bad tv receptiom, raised the issue, weather was to blame, next day weather perfect - same issue. No wifi in room during whole stay, stopped asking about it after realised they weren't going to do anything about it, breakfast no eggs cooked to order anymore. Gone down hill fast since February. Also got 1 days use out of body wash dispenser on wall, no toiletres offered or refilled. After room finally serviced on first morning had to track down housekeeping as they did not leave ANY toilet paper. Did not even replace the empty roll on the toilet paper holder.

Great location. Comfortable clean and friendly

Zero hospitality... rude staff... thing as simple as an extra towel/glasses were clearly refused... Rooms look good in pictures only... really a huge disappointment...

Let me start with the negatives Toilet was blocked (told them 3 times and they didnt fix it) thankfully we had family interconnecting room so used the other toilet The shower leaked and flooded the floor everytime someone showered When we first arrived the linen on the bed had 3 cigarette burn holes and bunch of stains. They changed the sheets but the new ones were also all stained There is a building site next door and they work on it 24 hours a day POSITIVES Good location walking distance to everything Good pool for the kids Aircon worked great
