The receptionist and manager or owner where smoking near lobby and made the whole lobby area smell. To people that don’t smoke we don’t like it

This hotel was great for our family. Bunk beds fit two kids comfortably per bed (our kids are 6 and Under). Beds were a little hard but we slept good. Pool was clean and kids loved it. Close enough to beach and restaurants that we could walk everywhere. Found Patong area very touristy and a little too expensive for our liking though. Hard to find a meal under 150 baht a person.

Filled with bugs. Left with rashes down my arms. The AC only worked on full blast so I was up every hour freezing, turned it off, woke up an hour later super hot and humid, turned it on. My husband and I have an exta extra firm mattress at home, and love it, but this one was so hard it literally hurt my hips so I was also waking up in pain needing to roll over. I have super low standards for hotels, I'm always going for the cheap bet and am willing to sacrifice luxury in the hotel room, but this was terrible. Cheap should not mean dirty.
