The pool was awesome! They have a swim up bar and a really nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Food at restaurant was hit or miss, but surprisingly the burger from the Pool Bar was really good. The rooms were very clean and everyone on staff was friendly.

We stayed at Arinara in a Pool access room for 7 nights. The room itself was spacious with plenty of room for us to relax, included a cot for our 2.5yo daughter. The bathroom was fine, shower could use a regrout of the tiles. Bed size was great, albeit a little hard for what we are used to, but we still slept fine. WiFi was spot on. Facilities are fantastic for families, pools are great and beach is beautiful. The whole area of Bang Tao is perfect for families and Arinara is a great budget friendly but still luxurious option. The beach is host to beautiful sunsets and huge choice of places to eat and enjoy the surroundings. The only thing was it was sometimes difficult to communicate with swim up bar staff, simply a language barrier. All in all we would definitely book again!

Amazing place for families. Fantastic pools and handy to gorgeous beach. Average restaurant food, but good variety. Room were spacious and very tidy. Amazing buffet breakfast!

Brilliant hotel, definitely recommend it!

1. Rooms are clean however furniture is old and cheap. 2. Breakfast has some good varieties ( not halal friendly) however the quality of the food is so cheap. ( cheap processed cheddar, powdered juice, tasteless coffee ...) 3- Gym is okay however its closed at 8pm so if you are planning to swim till sunset and then go for the gym before you go for dinner so you have to sacrifice one of them. 4- the restaurant has some options for dinner yet not tasty and overpriced compared to walking outside for 5 to 10 minutes and having much more options and better quality with cheaper prices. 5- it's on the beach but very tiny one and they dont have any amenities on the beach and you have to minim order from the restaurant to use any of the chairs ,..etc. 6- pool is huge yet the depth is maxed at 1.2m so dont expect a real dip if you are longer than 150 cm 7- the corridors are not well maintained, looks dirty and ugly with pretty good number of well fed geckos 8, there is no iron and ironing board . You have to borrow them from housekeeping. 9. They charged me at check out for using the laundry bag. The pretty part is it means they are reusing the laundry bags from diff guests.. 10. The reservation was having 15% discount on f&b however when I tried to order they said its doesn't apply to room service and had to complain. 11. The policies says upto 2 children stay for free if using existing facilities yet they wanted to charge me also double price till I complained
