This hotel is in a great location, it’s clean, people are friendly, and it has A/C. The hotel is close to everything you could want, and a close taxi ride to local attractions. The hotel was clean and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. They will arrange most travel needs you have or give suggestions on where to rent a bike or go eat. With so many unique areas around Patong Beach, don’t be afraid to get a bike for a couple days and go explore. You can park the bike in front of the hotel during the night. This hotel is well worth the visit.

A cosy hostel with good service. The room is nice and clean. No elevation with 4 levels. Close to the hot spots but still silent enough for us to have a good sleep. Breakfast is good. The staffs are helpful.

Tiras Patong Beach Hotel is a small friendly hotel in a good position near the beach and walking distance to Bangla Walking Street and large shopping mall. You can also walk to the night market to get food cooked in front of you. The staff at Tiras are friendly and very helpful. They provide a towel and beach mat in a bag when you go to the beach. They gave me a plate and utensils so i could cut and eat my papaya. The hotel is about 30 metres down a lane but opposite the beach. There were a few issues with the Wi Fi but they got sorted. I would highly recommend this hotel for price, comfort and position.

The hotel itself is good for a 2 star hotel. The services are good as well. Cleanliness lacks though. On the top it all looks good but it can be improved. I would say the challenge was the location itself. It is right across the beach which is good however whenever you want to get in or out of the hotel you need to pass through a market. Now let me tell you one thing, I am well aware of the drastic sellers around in patong area however you do get annoyed when it happens every time you pass through the entrance area. It really gets annoyed. There are around 10 shops on your way into the hotel where these shopkeepers all try to sell you something or the other and if at all you buy one thing from one, then the other will pester you every time you pass as you did not buy anything from them. This really gets annoying. I am not a big shopper and try to stay away from these areas however here it was a crazy experience where I had to face them everytime I pass through. I would advice the hotel management to act on this as this could annoy the guests which could further result into bad reputation. Overall the hotel is good to stay, basic ammenities plus good service though. Liked it but would not stay here again not because of the hotel but because of the location within the market.
