We ordered through Hotels.com and did a small blunder as we booked a "dorm room" with 4 beds instead of a queen bed which was not a big issue.
Upon arrival, check-in is performed by using a link sent by e-mail before you get a code to access the hotel which might be a bit cumbersome for some people. (there is no receptionist in the lobby)
At first we managed to get in to the wrong room with the code that was sent to us as I had read the wrong room number, after realizing this we also got into the correct room with the same code which had us worried for the safety of our stuff if other rooms have the same access code but we did not dare to try again. They have security cameras on all floors which helped a bit.
Room was worn, not very clean, lots of dust in corners and in need of a proper clean, some sheets were spotty, we had to remove a cockroach that ran around on the floor.
Unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel at the price they demand.
Only positive thing was free parking in the back of the hotel.
Stayed in 4 different hotels on this vacation and all were good except Treehouse. The hotel we stayed at near the airport was cleaner the last 2 days had a receptionist, included breakfast, free parking, swimming pool and had clean rooms all at a lower price. Uber to downtown was 5 USD more but well worth it.
