푸켓 카타 리조텔

더블베드룸으로 예약하고갔는데 안내받은방은 트윈배드룸이어서 변경 문의했더니 더블침대방은 없다며 업그레이드 해주겠다고 했어요(리조트 전체에 투숙객이 거의 없었는데말이죠). 그래서 안내받은 방은 리조트 입구에서 오분은 걸어들어가야 하는 아주 먼곳에 있었습니다. 미리 예약할때 발목 수술한지 얼마 되지 않아 걷는데 문제가 있으니 입구와 가까운 곳으로 부탁한다는 메모를 남겨두었었는데 전혀 개의치 않고 정 반대의 결과를 얻어서 무척 실망했습니다. 이틀밖에 있지 않을거라서 더이상 아무것도 요청하지 않았습니다. 투숙객이 거의 없어서 수영장은 자유롭게 이용할수 있어서 매우 좋았고 호텔 위치는 굉장히 편리하고 좋았습니다. 오래된 리조트지만 나름 객실도 청결하고 우려했던 모기도 없었습니다. 썬배드는 이제 좀 갈아야 할것 같더군요. 흰색이 거의 회색처럼 보일 지경이었습니다. 30$정도의 저렴한 가격에 대비해서는 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각했습니다.

Problems on arrival with room. Also when doing my search I wanted a hotel with complimentary airport shuttle and they came up but had no such service. Hotel was nice but has deferred maintenance issues. In current state it should not be a 4 star hotel.

1. Check in was good. The lady was nice. Check out was not. Different person. Asked for a bottle of water and was denied. The restaurant also did not serve a glass of water. Had to buy from outside. 2. Pool was good. The drinks were expensive. 3. hotel is old but if you like antique stuff you will like it there. a lot of use of wood was nice. 4. close to beach. has nice restaurants close by. 5. One of the beds had bad spring. so had to use single bed.

The hotel maybe a tad tired but good value for money. Staff amazing. Only slight negative is breakfast is quite basic but you won't starve. Good location

Happy with this hotel, we stayed four nights. Clean and comfortable. Good location and within walking distance of massage, food, beach, shopping. AC good, beds average comfort for Asia. Our rooms were a long walk from front of hotel though. We were all the way at the back of the resort. If I stay again, I will ask for a room closer to the front. We had a pool access room and a deluxe room. Staff was friendly and helpful.
