Large room and good breakfast, central location, nothing to say! Just the warm water that takes a bit of time to come

There was a lot of things lacking: No tooth-paste, no house keepers long times in a row, no house slippers, lacked some channels for hours, phone was unplugged. The house keeping crew(the tall guy) felt like it was his business to talk to unknown guest about personal things going on which was none of his business. We come to relax and have our privacy so it is wrong for any employee to start running their mouth to a guest of mine about what happened the other night.....especially was the news is false.

Great staff! Good breakfast. Comfy bed. My wife and I stayed here one night before departing Nairobi for Masai Mara. On the wall, it indicates La Maison Royale won a World Luxury Hotels Award in 2018. The room we were in, though comfortable, was run down to a degree that seemed like it was impossible for that award to have been won just a year ago.
