When we checked in, the counter guy told us that they did get paid by hotels.com.
So they suggested that we pay hotel and get payback from hotels.com.
Even they asked me to contact hotels.com and solve problems.
I could not believe that that kind of thing is suggested by western brand hotel.
Also the hotel building was a shoddy and faulty construction.
Restroom was dirty.
It was a truly awful stay.
If you would like to enjoy ski in winter, it could be good choice.

Hotel checkin agent did ask me for a ยฅ2000 deposit even though I've paid in full by a valid credit card when I booked with Hotel.com on-line, but I insisted not to pay the deposit. It was really annoying and I considered it was a harassment.

Funktionelles Hotel. Preis - Leistung ist ok.
Wir waren nur zwei Tage da und an einem davon war es sehr neblig. nรคchsten Tag schien die Sonne und es war einfach herrlich.

Convinient and value for money
Very convenient in resort and safe. Room cleaness can be compromised by its low price, very fair
Very good location & bad service. If re-paid in Hotels.com, Holidays Inn couldn't get the payment so require me despoit. Until several days, still no refund. And don't stay the room over floor 5, very bad cool aircondition!
