This was our first stay in the Bang Tau area and we enjoyed it very much. The hotel is located in the heart of the area, close to the main attractions and the restaurants of the area.

Amazing price with the hotel quality..... except it is in a remote area if u wanna go out better rent a car by urself or hire a driver .... it takes 30-40 mins drive to patong even not in a peak hour

we enjoyed our 5 nights of stay. walking distance to shops and restaurants. if you want to go to the beach is a bit far we pay 200 in the taxi just to get to the beach. the staff are nice and anyone can go straight to the elevator without noticing the reception. the bed is the hardest bed we slept. the main door of our room is hard to lock. i cannot lock myself even if were inside or outside. but we love the location most.

This is probably the worst hotel I ever stay by far. The reception is unbelievably unfriendly. The only word she ever say is "NO". Everything you ask, she will only say no. The chamber maid will dash in to the room without knocking the door and even if you hang the "Do not service" sign. I'm Glad I only get to stay for one night. Highly not recommended if you are looking for a pleasant holiday.

For a first time visit to Thailand I really don't think that we could have done better!Firstly I must mention the amazing overall hospitality, kindness and good humour of all Thai people. This included the vast majority of the staff members. Shockingly uninterested by tips and constantly desirable to help I must first mention the man at the night desk, my wonderful Marie in reception and the charming Mrs Wan. I sincerely thank them for trying to make our stay as agreable as possible! All I can say is that they suceeded! The room as I said was large, modern, with an emperor size bed, cooking and eating facilities, a confortable balcony AND an open air jacuzzi !! Ideally situated 15 min walk from the beach and 5 min from a wide collection of restaurants bars and supermarkets we were really spoiled for choise. 4 restaurants stood out: Online, Moon and above all Sunset and its neighbour beautiful, clean, inexpensive Thai food with cocktails at the Margarita tuc-tuc! Search NO further. On the down side the breakfast, like the breakfast staff was not good and very often cold. However it is not included in the room price and can be replaced very easily 5 minutes down the road at any shop/resto. Yes the staff dont speak very good english but I assure you what they lack in fluency they more than make up for in service and care. We had some teething problems with housekeeping which were completely resolved after a patient meeting with all concerned. The result was total satisfaction !
