Stunning location and the staff were fantastic!

Great location, good size room

We ended up upgrading to a deluxe room given the small Size of most rooms in Europe. However, the view of our room was NOTHING like the pictures shown on the hotels website. Our view was of an ugly run down building. Customer service was less than nice upon arrival. The bar and restaurant were just ok. Overall, our stay there was comfortable but we wouldn’t stay there again given the location was ok. We were expecting a nicer area full of cafes and bistros. You must walk 10-15 minutes to get to a nicer area. I uploaded a picture of our direct view from bathroom and room and a second one down the street.

Great location, excellent service and accommodations. The spa downstairs is an absolute must! Will definitely stay here again!

The room was small, but modern, super inviting and confortable. Breakfast was amazing.

This hotel has just become our favourite hotel in Paris. The overall design of the hotel was fabulous, nice clean rooms, the service was amazing, and the location is very convenient. This hotel beats many 5 of the five star hotels in Paris in terms of Value. I specially loved the fact that there was a nice and clean swimming pool in the hotel.

So amazing! Double Windows to keep out the traffic noise, electric blinds to keep out the light, a view of the Eiffel Tower, turn down service with chocolates, gorgeous room and bathroom - what more could you want? When it was time to go, my granddaughter said she didn't want to leave. I asked Paris? No, she replied, this hotel!! She's seven. My daughter loved the classy-ness. I loved the peacefulness. (We did not try the restaurant/bar so can't speak to that.). Pool water too warm but we swam anyway, many jets, almost like a giant hot tub. Beautiful hotel.
