Great service. The manager called our room at 8:15am about a problem over payment. The individual that checked us in did not run our card through the credit card machine. No problem would have happened if the card was run during the check in process. This could have waited till later in the day. Did not like being woke up by a phone call that early on vacation.

Very convenient and close by the Grand Tetons. Good variety for breakfast. They have an exercise room and a laundry room. It was so convenient to get out and walk around town. Great restaurants that are easy to walk to, and some really cute shops. I would recommend paying for the parking they offer, made it so easy to park and we didn't have to worry about finding a space. Would definitely stay here again.

Not Worth It

Instantly, you’re met with a very generic and sterile vibe. Additionally, it’s summer season, but lots of construction and remodeling going on—noisy, with tons of artwork on the floor, and cluttered hallways. This could have been fine had they perhaps offered guests with extras as a thank you for staying at our hotel during that kind of work being done, but that was not the case. Rates being $800+ per night? Laughable. Completely inexcusable to charge that much for this type of hotel. I travel a lot, all over the world, and this place was one of the biggest rip offs. Breakfast is cheap, cafeteria style food. Rates build expectations, and this place is incredibly disappointing. One saving grace is the front desk folks are nice enough. PS. The images online are definitely nicer than the reality.

The staff in every department was outstanding. Friendly, engaging, and always helpful. It's clear they're trained in customer service. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. It was always stocked, and the ladies were always on stand-by to refill. It has to be the best breakfast of any hotel offering the continental option. This is way better than a typical continental. Your new lobby is very well-done, even though I never saw it before the work was done. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Temp was easy to control, beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the shower amenities. It was a very good value compared to other properties in and around Jackson. I was unaware of the $20 per day parking in your garage as I was not told, nor did I see it posted anywhere. I'm not surprised as parking around the hotel is scarce in terms of a parking lot. There was another garage across the street (I think public), but we didn't price it as the convenience of yours was a logical choice and very secure. With the winter season essentially over, you need to have it vacuumed to pick up all the debris that gets left behind as snow melts off the vehicles. It's like walking on little marbles.
