We did not stay due to the conditions of the room. Sheets were dirty and the room was not up to standard. I was told I was to receive a full refund but have not received an email indicating this to date. I would not recommend this hotel.

Not good. Check in was not available until almost 5 even though I did the early check in. We were told there was continental breakfast when we check in then told in the morning we had to purchase the breakfast.

We arrived on Thursday April 14. Only one of our two rooms were available. We were going to the baseball game we asked if we could get a key to the other room, but not go up there yet. We were told they were not sure which room it would be. My husband asked if it would be a problem if we didn't get back until 10 pm or so and we were told "It won't be a problem. Your room is guaranteed." When we came back later that night, we were told there were no more rooms and we would be "Walked over" to another hotel (That means they give you a letter for the new hotel and a printout of a map so you can walk their yourself.) After explaining that were were a family of 4 and didn't feel comfortable splitting us up. I asked if we could get both rooms moved to the new hotel. I was told that the only rooms they had were on the papers in her hand (multiple people were about to be sent to a new hotel at now 11PM). They couldn't guarantee that new hotel had rooms. I then began trying to reach the other hotel while in the lobby. Once I learned there were rooms available, I went back to the front desk. There was another lady at the desk who let me know they would not permit me to move our second room to the other hotel, that if we checked out of that room, they were charging us, and that she had just come on duty. The others had just finished their shift. (Those two that left were the manager who gave us the letter to the other hotel and the young man that told us our room was safe.)

It was very underwhelming. I came for a hotel owners conference. The towels were little (I’m a big guy), and toilet bowl at bottom was loose. Everything was clean and the room was pretty spotless. However, no safe in room (didn’t feel safe leaving my laptop for room service, so I never called in service). I will say, everything worked, so no complaints there. There was no pantry for late night snacks, and I wouldn’t mind a snack every now and then. Beverages were limited to mostly water. Room Carpet felt a bit dingy when walking barefoot, but that may have been just me being critical. Shower was also small for me, although it did have a good shower head and really hot water, which I love! However, having a small modular shower floor made me feel like I was staying at a Econo type hotel. With homeless people staying outside the front door every night that I was there, I probably won’t be going back. The Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott Inner-harbor were all much better and didn’t have that issue. I visited those hotels since my colleagues were staying there.

Very clean room. Wifi good. Has a gym as well. Maybe it's due to covid, but you have to ask for room cleaning.

Long wait at check in; desk attendant not wearing facemark at all times; low-floor room near elevator [street noise - construction included - and elevator noise could be heard]. Unsupportive pillows contributed to not getting restful night's sleep. Not a good experience altogether.
