Great place.

The villa was beautiful and clean. It’s in a great location, close to everything. The only issue we had was on the last day we were locked out of the villa after coming back from breakfast. The email I was originally sent stated check out was at 10pm which seemed unusual but I didn’t question it. Obviously what they meant was 10am. They let us back in but we had an hour to pack up and leave so that was unexpected. I would stay here again in the future, very nice place.

Zentral gelegene Wochenlange in Kissimmee

Das Geschirr und Besteck war leider bei Ankunft noch etwas dreckig! Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Appartement-Villa! Die Klimaanlage war leider ebenfalls defekt und 4 Tage lang haben wir niemanden unter der angegebenen Notfallhilfe erreicht! Ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort gibt es hier leider nicht! Aber nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme über Kontakt auf der Internetseite von VHC wurde das Thermostat der Klimaanlage am 4.Tag ausgetauscht! Die Rückmeldung und Reparatur erfolgte dann innerhalb einer Stunde! Alles in allem ein schöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen,mit Abstrichen bei Reklamationen,da kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort!

Great value for large family

Different than what we're used to. Must pay too much of a cleaning fee in my opinion: 130 USD with no one coming in daily to replace towels or toilet paper or toiletries. Must pay this fee before they provide you with the codes for entry. It was easy to get to places from here however.

Em geral, a experiência foi bem agradável. O forte é a estrutura. Casa sensacional sobretudo por nos terem oferecido um upgrade para uma no Storey Lake Resort com 4 quartos. O lado ruim é o atendimento durante o check in. Guardinha da portaria extremamente mal-humorado. No mais, não há qualquer assistência. Apenas fornecem o código para abrir a porta. Para falar a verdade, até gostei disso, mas quando tem algum problema faz falta ter uma assistência. Por exemplo, o botijão de gás acabou e nossa churrasqueira não funcionou. Ficamos sem! Outro lado ruim é a taxa de limpeza um pouco salgada cobrada à parte (cerca de 150 dólares).

Lovely, quiet resort, close to parks

We were given an upgrade to Storey Lake, which was great and newer than Lucaya. Saying that (having been to Lucaya previously), the only real difference in properties was the private pool. Both resorts have very nice houses with great amenities and a short drive to the theme parks and shops. Would highly recommend.

Quiet villa complex set within pleasant gardens

Set on a peaceful boulevard, and within drivable distance of all the Disney parks, and local amenities. Great for families due to the generous size of the properties and swimming pool within the grounds. The villa was clean and furnished with all that a family would need, whilst the front office were available to answer any queries.

Great villa in a great location No real problems with the stay for nine nights. A few things could improve the stay The pool was cold No pool towels No in room safe No over gloves Always think when you are hiring a villa them should leave a few more trash bags etc (one for each night of your stay) and the same with dishwasher tablets etc Overall we had a good time and I would return

good for the price

We had to go down to Kissimmee for work and this 3 bedroom condo worked out perfectly. The place was in a good location and had a nice pool, hot tub, and grill to use in the evenings. The only issue we had was that the internet and cable tv did not work for the first 3 nights. They finally came to fix the issue 2 days before we checked out.

Better than a hotel for sure

Felt like we were in a Condo and the place was magnificent. Only complaint I had was that I wish there was a desk where I could plug my laptop and work a little bit. It's Ok though, it's a vacation home!

Quiet place with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. The villa we stayed in was out dated. The carpets had lots of stains on them. The sinks had rust stains in them and the beds were uncomfortable. We were very disappointed.

Overall happiness

The villa was nice the resort is well maintained on the premises. Other than the fact that the provided code would not allow us to get in the front door when we first arrived we were happy with our stay. I would suggest a little more attention to detail in the area of maintenance inside the villa as the lamp was missing the bulb, one of the bulbs in the kitchen was blown and the door to the down stairs bathroom sqeeked very badly and would not stay open. The decor was fabulous and welcoming I would recommend this location to my friends and family.
