Very friendly and helpful staffs, they can arrange for shuttle to and from airport (with a fee) and free shuttle around the 2 beach area around the hotel, which is very convenient! However you do need to call the hotel to arrange for a pick up from the town so be sure to have a SIM card with you. Amazing views from the hotel pool and our own patio, stunningly beautiful 180 degree ocean view! We find little bugs (mostly caterpillars, nothing dirty or gross) in our room everyday, and sometimes the table at the pool restaurant wasn’t wiped clean at breakfast. But the room is clean and very nice in general.

Unbelievable views from the top of the mountain. Easily accessible from main road. Gorgeous private pool for your exclusive use. Great stay!

This was an amazing place. Great view and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurant. We have been living in Krabi, Ao Nang, Rawai, Bangkok, Kamala but this place had exactly what we were looking for. A lot of tourists, but we got nice service and the area was very clean. We will return.

I cannot say enough about this hotel, really. Let me start off by saying that all of the review about "the hill is too steep and no one will drive up it" are wrong. Book a taxi through the hotel and there is no problem, or better yet, do what we did and rent motorbikes (that can be done through the hotel too). The pictures of this place do not do it justice. We had the 3br VIP rooms, which were listed at the time at 50% off (Around $400 USD) which was a steal. I went with 2 couples (including myself and gf) so it broke down to 200$ a night per couple, which again was a great price!! I know it is Thailand, but I always finding myself comparing room prices to what I would pay in the states, and in the states this room would easily cost a grand a night. Then entire living room wall opens up, it has a full kitchen, a personal pool and a personal Jacuzzi, walk in rain showers (Which is a MUST for ANY place that I stay) and the location is close to Kata and Karon beach. Patong (for nightlife) is a bit of a hike (20 min drive) but rent a taxi, get the guys number and call him when you are ready to leave (if you want to party / drink). I overbooked for 1 night and asked for a refund, which they couldn't provide me with but credited me a night for when I return, which I will do. This place is amazing, if the price is right when you are going to visit, you MUST stay here!!

Absolutely loved this place! The view was amazing and found ourselves happy to stay in our pool on the balcony rather than going out! The staff were great and the free shuttle bus was very handy. The tuk tuk drivers didn't like it but we loved it!!
