Good hotel with helpful staff.the rooms were basic but clean and practical. The location is a little remote and a long way from the airport.

Only stayed one night to recover from flight, so cannot say much. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Location is close to grocery and food, but far from airport. If taking taxi expect to spend 700+ baht.

While the staff was pleasant and helpful, the management/front desk was terribly rude. The shuttle to the airport was almost double what they claimed when I booked. It was also very noisy, with children running around and screaming in the halls.

Very nice place. View was breathtaking and peaceful compared to Patong beach. Service was 1st class and the rooms were very neat and clean. Only setback is the taxi was expensive....... about 700 bhat to Hill Myna but luckily once you're there, they have a fee shuttle service to Bang Tao beach and other nearby places. On the whole, it was a very good trip.
