Kitchenette room was spacious with excellent bathroom and great shower. Location is quiet and close to public transport. Reception staff are fantastic. Breakfast is good. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Located within 15-30 minutes walk from most attractions, close proximity to public transportation and several restaurants nearby. Hotel offers continental breakfast and a complementary gym in the nearby office building (06:30am-10pm). The room I got (501) was extremely small. Bed width and some wall to wall. No cabinet. Hangers off of the wall is all there is. No iron or board (but can borrow from reception). Private bathroom. Small but ok for a single Busines traveler with a trolley. No room for a suitcase. May be challenging for couples. Looking at the floor plan other rooms may be bigger (wider) and thus may be more suitable for couples with luggage. Reception is open 6:30am-11pm. Late arrivals have to call a number to receive an access code and pick up their key. Not sure of the process for checkout at odd hours... This is the second time I'm staying at this hotel for a business trip. No aircon in the hotel. Apparently this is state law... They do offer a noisy portable aircon that was able to keep the room temperature within my comfort zone but the noise may be annoying. Bed was comfy. Maintenance good. Free WiFi. No parking. They do offer a complementary ticket to Geneva public transportation (busses, trams) for the duration of the stay.

It's a decent hotel. Nothing fancy. Good room but it lacks air-conditioning. They had a super noisy portable device where you had to have the window open in order to get the tube out of the room. Without it the room was super hot. So you either had to withstand the horrible noise or suffer through the insane warm weather. The bathroom smelled of mold but it was clean overall. The ventilation there is probably not enough. Breakfast was absolutely bare. For 18 euros per day for the breakfast alone I expected a lot more. I've eaten much nicer breakfasts on fewer stars hotels and it was included with the price. They do provide you though with a phone which you can take with you around the city. This is very handy since you can use it to make free calls wherever in the world and you can also use it to navigate around the city. It beats paying for super expensive roaming charges. Wifi was also fast and didn't have to jump through hoops to connect all of my devices. It's not a bad hotel by any means but for a 4 star hotel I expected a bit more.

Excellent Hotel, just off the beaten track, but easy accessible by public transport from the airport. Superfast and friendly check-in and a wonderful modern, clean and spacious room, rain shower and excellent internet.
