Good location, good rooms, good service and good breakfast, Than you

We stayed in the main block and our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. All the staff were friendly and helpful apart from the reception staff. The sea was rough when we were there and we didn't go in the sea. The staff clean the beach each morning but they are fighting a losing battle, I was amazed at the amount of rubbish being washed ashore. The wi fi reception was really poor and the swimming pool could have been cleaner.There are 3 bars at the end of the street doing cocktails for 70 baht and a bottle of beer for 50 baht, much cheaper than else where in Lamai. We found 2 great Italian restaurants that we would recommend, Tropicana and Pizza Del Sol, both on the main street of Lamai. We would stay here again if we returned to Lamai.

Good hotel at few steps from the beach. My flip flops disappeared while I was getting a massage. Be vigilant with your belongings.

We had a really nice stay overall. The only issues we had were with the front desk staff. Whenever we would ask questions or have requests they seemed really annoyed and put out. The manager was very nice to us though. Both our shuttles booked through them were late as well. The actual bungalow was wonderful, beach is nice, restaurant was good! We loved the location and would stay here again.

The location is great. The beach was beautiful and the room was really clean. There are plenty of places to eat near by and you can rent scooters right at the hotel. The hotel staff aren’t friendly. The lady that’s checked us in was not pleasant at all. It felt like we were a nuisance to her. We asked her to organize an airport transfer and she asked us to remind her later?!
