The location is great for enjoying Naiharn lake and the beach, the rooms are nice with good space, the pool is beautiful, and the people working there are wonderful. I hope to stay here again sometime!

Breakfast Beach Pancakes + Cappuccino BLISS ❤️

Can't beat the location, especially for value for money. Only 800m to Naiharn beach. Rooms are comfortable, clean, kettle + complimentary tea coffee. Wardrobe, desk, hot water, safety deposit box. Onsite swimming pool, bar restaurant that serve great food & drinks. The massam curry here is really good & the breakfast pancakes with cappuccino are excellent.

Convenient and great price.

Great location walking distance to Nai Harn beach, the best beach in phuket. Rooms are well appointed. Comfortable bed, excellent WiFi. The price is most competitive. Yes there are more modern hotels avail but almost twice the price. I highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet room in a good location. My only suggestion would be more water pressure for the shower 😉

Nice resort, incredibly friendly staff

There's a lot I liked about my experience staying at the Naiharn Beach Resort. I'll do my best to highlight the good and the unexpected. First, the rooms are setup more like duplex houses as opposed to a traditional hotel.There are roughly two units in each building. I liked this setup as it felt like a home more than a hotel. The rooms are comfortable - common to Thailand, two beds are pushed together to make a double. I didn't have the problem another guest had with the bed dividing, that said I was traveling solo. The room has a nice small fridge and all accommodations you'd need. The staff is absolutely lovely. I checked in late, after check-in hours due to flight issues, but the bar was able to contact someone to open my room. The woman who came was wonderfully friendly. There was an issue during my stay involving a power outage caused by the construction next door. All I can say is that whatever inconvenience I had experienced was offset by the hospitality shown by management. They went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and happy. Not just that, I truly felt like family and that my pain was their pain. Issues are bound to come up if you travel enough, what matters is how they are resolved. The team showed just how wonderful they were by taking care of me throughout anything that came up. Third, the pool is lovely. Since it's not a huge hotel the pool and setup is a great size. Thank you, team, for the wonderful stay!

The hotel is located just over an hour away from the Phuket airport. We were placed in a room with a king-sized bed, but when we got in bed, we noticed that it was just two twin beds pushed together. My husband and I ended up just sleeping separately as the beds kept moving apart. The beach itself is located about a 10min walk from the hotel. It is heavily populated with tourists which was a bit of a bummer. The area itself is not very walker friendly in terms of finding restaurants. We did really appreciate the hotel in terms of setting up our taxi ride to the hotel from the airport and then setting up our taxi ride to the ferry and our ferry fare.

Great location. Just the right distance from the beach and nightlife to feel a bit removed, but close enough. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. There are two restaurants on site, which is very convenient if you aren't up to walking into town. Would definirely stay again if I'm back in Nai Harn.
