8/10 Very good

A great location for the Gare du Nord which is around 5 minutes walk away so a late arrival or an early depart makes this hotel ideal, small but clean rooms with a reasonable size and again clean bathroom, eateries close by so again ideal for a late Eurostar arrival.

You get what you pay for. Typical of a 3 star But great location to the train station and restaurants. If you’re looking for somewhere to use as a base and just lay your head of a night - this is it

Great location to hop onto public transport or grab a meal, just be aware this is on a major street and you'll hear loads of sirens

Clean Property and friendly staff, excellent location for Gare du Nord et L’Est. Rooms are small but not uncomfortable if you are a smart traveler without your entire house packed. Excellent shower and hot water.

Very close to everything. The only thing missing was a mini refrigerator and an ice machine or way to get ice. Otherwise an excellent location and very nice staff.

Great business stay

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were so lovely and helpful. High recommend. I stayed for work which was ideal because it is so close to the train station and metro lines so was super convenient.

8/10 Very good

Convenient location. Lobby is very chic, the room was cute albeit small. The bathroom could use a renovation. The paint was peeling in many places and the shower leaked water. It was pretty clean too. The personnel was nice except one girl who could not print my boarding pass and told me to go somewhere else. The worst part - is the noise. My room looked onto Blvd Magenta and the noise was unbearable, with the closed windows it was like they were open and the sirens, cars, super busy city noise was too much.

Comfortable and Convenient

Good location for Gare Du Nord and Gare de l’est, small comfortable room, we had one night, pleasant check in and check out.

Hotel Lena was a great option in a good location...centrally located and an easy walk to the train stations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was cozy. A bit noisy, but the windows were good at soundproofing and muted most of the traffic. The only real concern is that I could see mold trying to come through the paint on the walls of my room. I kept the windows open to air the room as much as possible and didn't notice any issues otherwise.

Great little hotel

Cracking little hotel Room was small but why would you need anything big when only sleeping in it? Friendly and helpful staff

Ok stay

The stay was ok, and the staff was very friendly and nice, where the hotel needs to improve is in keeping their facilities well maintained, we noticed mold on the ceiling and some wear and tear. The breakfast was good, we just recommend that the owners invest in keeping the property in good condition.

Hotel Léna is a charm in the middle of the busy streets in the area. It is chic, beautiful and close to restaurants and most importantly to the Gare du Nord (3 minutes walking!). The staff was helpful and the room is very luxurious (we stayed at a very small room but it was still very nice).

Really perfect for what we were looking for. A short walk from both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, so it's very easy to get anywhere in the city quickly. Our room was clean, relatively updated and modern, and the bathroom was nice as well. The shower was tight, but you can't really fault that considering the size of some of the rooms.
Andrew, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Location was good and convenient, but room pretty small and interior old. Also the 10€ fee just to have my small dog with me was annoying and just a way to make some extra money for the hotel without actually any service in return.
Marc, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice room, a bit too small and with some small damage on the wall. Bed was not proper comfortable. Be aware the stairs as have irregular step. Attentive staff.
Matteo, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel is super well decorated with great Parisian vibes. The staff was very warm and helpful (across all three people we met during our stay). It’s also very well connected as it’s between gare du Nord and gare de l’est. However, the room was tiny and hence somewhat claustrophobic. The carpet felt unclean. And the area was unsafe in the evenings. Locals confirmed the same about the area. Decent food options but again, not the best environment.
Laura, 3-night trip

Perfect location to explore Paris from.

Small budget hotel in a great location being just around the corner from one of the main train stations, it’s ok, you are save despite when you may have read. As expected the room was cozy but had everything we need for a short 3 night stay. Check in was a breeze and the lady was very friendly with excellent English. We had not paid for breakfast, but could have if we wished. The bathroom does not have much in the way of shampoo, just 3 small bottles, one shampoo one shower gel, but carry our own. The room was a little warm at times as it was hard to get it just right, older building syndrome. Despite being in a Main Street we were not disturbed. The elevator is small, and the stairs are narrow and steep mobility challenged people you have been warned. Would definitely stay here again when, we come back to Paris again.
Derek, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Stayed here 3 nights in Dec '24. Hotel was very nice, city hotel (small) to be sure. Good location (2 blocks from the Eurostar) still only a 35 min walk to the Louvre. Once you get a couple of blocks from Gare du Nord the streets/neighborhoods are Paris as expected. This was our first time in Paris and I must say it is the city of sirens, felt like a Jason Bourne movie the whole time. Our room faced the boulevard and the noise level was as if the windows were open but they weren't. Completely understand it's in a city but better windows would mitigate the noise somewhat. The hotel was happy to move us the third night, but we didn't want to move all our things. Wouldn't kill them to add a fridge but maybe that is not a Parisian thing.

Hotel Lena

Great to find this place when we arrived at about midnight. The area around wasn’t exactly friendly at that time of night so we were happy to find somewhere safe and comfortable. Close to gard du nord and the metro with nice boulongeries and monmarte close by the next morning. The rooms are tight but clean and comfortable. Would stay again but arrive at different time. One negative would be the renovations starting early in the next room quite early but I guess they have to start some time. For the price and location, very good.

A Fine Adjustment

The hotel was nice. I booked through Hotels.com but had to call the hotel directly to make an occupancy change. when we arrived, the hotel had no record of communication for the room change. The manager had a room available which suited our needs. The bathroom was not in the best condition with mold spots on the ceiling. We made a suggestion to Lysol the bathroom and wipe off the mold, which was not done. Thye main room was large and comfortable.
Jon, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Well you get what you pay for. And it doesn't go far in the middle of Paris. My room was tiny. There was an average of about 1m around the three sides of the bed so once I was in there, with my luggage there was no space to move. The bathroom was modern and clean. But the place generally had a dingy, tired, hostel air and had an air freshener atmosphere suggestive of a certain kind of local establishment; they make you sign a waiver document when you check in, which adds to the impression of uncertainty. But if you're staying a night because you're getting a train from the Gare du Nord in the morning, you could probably cope. I just think that there may well be better options that meet that criteria. And don't be caught out by the 11am check-out.
Michael, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel is in walking distance from the stations Gare du Nord, Gare de L‘est and Magenta, so it‘s easy to get to many destinations in the city. The staff is very friendly. There is a small elevator which I recommend, because the stairway is very narrow and crooked, I almost stumbled a few times. Our room was very small, without a wardrobe and with a single nightstand on one side of the bed. There is no trash bin and the one in the bathroom had no bag in it. Also the provided bar of soap comes with no dish to place it on. The shower was very leaky, so the floor always got wet after showering. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good, except for the mold on the ceiling. If you are sensitive to noise, earplugs are an absolute must, because the doors shut very loudly and the air ventilation in the bathroom runs all night making a loud noise. There is no way to turn it off. The bed was very comfortable and quite big, that was a plus. All in all we had a pretty nice stay except for the things I named.
