Hidden Paradise Gem on Kaneohe Bay

I am not sure words can describe this house. It is magnificent. We stayed here for our son's wedding. Everything in this house made us feel warm and welcome. The view was to die for. The kitchen (we are foodies) was easy to work with and had everything you would ever need. Did I mention the view? Sunrise - amazing. The pictures do not do justice to the house itself. All who came over for visits were blown away with its beauty. One of my memories was watching our 29yr old son do his best Castaway imitation. Breaking open coconuts and drinking coconut milk....and then he took the coconut and candied it in the oven! Talk about a heavenly snack! I rented this house about a year ahead and Dian was always willing to answer questions so that we could be as prepared as possible. I think the only question I stumped her with was about finding a local "nail place" so the girls could get their nails done pre-wedding. But even with that, she guided us in the right direction. With all of the wedding preparations and staging that had to happen in the week leading up to the event, the house provided more than enough room to store what ultimately needed to be moved up to the Ranch. Other favorite memory - the groom/groomsmen all getting dressed at our house. A lot of laughter, more than enough room and a wonderful way to have all of our kids together prior to the wedding. Dian - thank you, thank you, thank you for making your home available. To anyone with a wedding at the Ranch - this is the house you want!!!!!

The views are stunning!! We ate outside all the time. Spacious house with room for everyone. I thought the ac would have been an issue but great breezes kept the house airy! Great vacation would come back again!!

I can’t describe the beauty of this home, the view or the area properly. All I can say is, just go. Book your vacation and stay here, because it is the epitome of what you want in Hawai‘i: adventure, peace and tranquility, culture, aloha. Dian, a million thank yous for making this home available for us to enjoy. And, a big mahalo to Lisa for your help and advice about the home and the island; especially where to get proper local grinds! We cannot wait to stay here again.

The house was very vlean, nicely decorated. A large balcony with the best ever view on the sea. Enjoyed sunrises. We ll come back.

I could'nt say enough wonderful things about this home and the how the pictures are EXACTLY spot on accurate! And its EXTRAORDINARILY BEAUTIFUL in person. My family and I were truly AMAZED that it wasn't exaggerated in description (or pictures) as has been our experience in the past. It was also fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need (which has NEVER been the case in other homes we've rented) except the food you wish to have while visiting. The constant breeze day and night throughout the home was so pleasant and the sunrises, well, I HAD to record a video to prove to family/friends back home that it was REAL!! I cant say enough about how enjoyable this trip was for our family and the thought of knowing we had to leave. Thank you so much Dian for allowing us to use your home and many thanks to Lisa for checking in on us to make sure everything was well with us. I'm sure we'll be back. We just returned home from an amazing week in Hawaii. This property is a gem. Very spacious clean updated and the best views. Sunrises were the best part of the week. We took my brother for his 40th birthday and we will never forget this trip. This property is so private but so close to many attractions and activities. We would definitely recommend. We cannot say thank you enough The shower in master will be copied when we redue our bathroom at home in Seattle. Mahalo.

First time renting through VRBO for a retiree bucket list vacation with my husband, my sister and her husband, as an escape from the brutal Minnesota and South Dakota winters we respectively live in. House is nestled into a very private and quiet setting with spectacular view of the ocean and China Man's Hat. House is very tastefully decorated and homey. We loved waking up each morning to sound of the wild chickens and sitting on the lanai watching the amazing sunrise unfold. We wanted to be able to cook a few meals at the house. Kitchen is very well stocked with assortment of utensils, pots/pans, and full set of dishes. Also has a grill which we used a couple of nights (be sure to grill some fresh pineapple). Kitchen amenities exceeded our expectations - was just like home. We loved trying out the different beaches as we headed north, our visit to Pearl Harbor, and the Polynesian Culture Center. Each day brought us something new to explore and we ended each day on the lanai with our favorite cocktails. Just a short drive either north or south from the house provided us some interesting shopping options and many scenic places to visit. Truly a once in a lifetime vacation for us. So appreciative we were able to locate and stay in Dian's beautiful home.

Absolutely stunning view of Kaneohe Bay and Chinaman's Hat from the deck. Very quiet and private with spacious living room and outstanding kitchen. Ample parking and easy to get anywhere on the island. The pictures just don't do it justice.
