Don't waste your money on this property. Sure it has a good location but, he service is so poor. I get that this is not a hotel type property & I do support this kind of business but dang, the support group & customer service of this property sucks! First, you only get one key & you cannot get in nor out of the property without that key. They give you one key for four guests & they expect that all of you would just have make it with one key. Though, they gave us another key after how many text messages has been exchanged & pay for a deposit (700THB/21USD). Other than the key issue, the said wifi on their instruction booklet did not work at all. Their was another wifi option but that wasn't written in their booklet of instructions/rules & regulations. Then, their is the hot water on one of the bathroom that doesn't work since day one. They said they will come & fix it but no one came. Lastly, the intermittent noise at one bedroom that was coming from the air conditioning unit from a different apartment. This noise comes & goes in the middle of the night which is impossible for you to get some sleep. Checkout was okay but most of our concerns/problems have not been resolved. So, I would never recommend this place. Oh, one more thing, if you request for an early check-in like, 2hrs earlier than the normal check-in, they will charge you 50% of the whole day rate.
