Room is small, simple, clean. It was confusing a little for check in instructions, but eventually figured it out. Front desk person was kind and patient. Great location, within walking distance to the most sights, shops , restaurants. Valet parking available, but takes at least 30 min to drop off/ pick up the car.

I really appreciated they had a drinking water machine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the staff was friendly and it was in a great location. If you are a light sleeper make sure you bring ear plugs because the doors are thin and you can hear people passing by.

The hotel was great and our room felt rustic in the heart of the city. Very close to the museums, the Basilica, and other amenities. There is parking available, but it is a 20 minute walk (like most hotels in the heart of the city). The staff were very friendly and helped us navigate the city and get checked in late at night.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming, very accommodating! It’s an Italian hotel so expect that things are smaller, certain amenities work differently but that is part of the traveling experience! Would definitely come back, our room was really spacious for 4 and the rooftop was even more beautiful at night.

Overall good room

We were in Florence during a 102 degree Fahrenheit week in August and were so relieved to have a hotel room with air conditioning, a comfortable bed and some nice extras, like the shared kitchen, and mini fridge. The front desk greeted us warmly and were very responsive when we needed a corkscrew. I have to mention There was a strange bilge pump in the bathroom and the tap water tasted like plastic so we were uncomfortable filling water bottles with that. We bought bottled water to be safe. The stairs to the bedroom loft were very steep, but we were fine with that. Overall, it was a positive experience and we would recommend the hotel.

I felt so scammed staying at this property. NOTHING like any of the pictures posted. Just a small all white room 75 ft square room. Bathroom reaked of poop. Also if you check in after 3 there is no one there and you have to walk to another property (their sister hotel) a few streets away to check in. Also the walls were paper thin. We could hear all of our neighbors at all times. People coming in n out early or late will wake you up. Only positive feedback was that the staff was nice and location was good

The photos are extremely misleading. This place is an absolute dump and a major safety hazard. STAY FAR AWAY. I have a disabled mother and they put us in a room where the bed is on a loft with a narrow stairway leading up to it. I'm in good shape and even I was scared I'd injure myself going up and down it in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom downstairs. When they showed us the room and I said it is too unsafe for my mom and her health condition they wouldn't switch us into another room or even bring a rollaway bed so she could sleep safely on the lower level. They did nothing to help so we had to leave and find another hotel last minute which was extremely stressful and really put a damper on our vacation. To add injury to insult, they would not refund us even though we never stayed there citing Expedia's no cancellation policy. What they fail to recognize is the EXTREMELY unsafe conditions they put us in. SHAME ON THIS HOTEL AND SHAME ON YOU EXPEDIA FOR WORKING WITH THEM AND NOT TAKING OUR GRIEVANCE SERIOUSLY.

Hotel bom, parece tudo... menos hotel!!

Levamos um tremendo susto ao chegar no local, achamos que havíamos sido enganados, pois não tinha a mínima indicação de que havia um hotel no local, e muito menos parecia que era um hotel. Nossa desconfiança aumentou ainda mais quando perguntamos para o comércio vizinho e ninguém sabia informar. Até que ligamos para o nunero nós tínhamos e o atendente nós disse que estávamos no lugar certos que era para esperarmos 5 minutos. E que chega um Sr da Rua e abre a porta e nos recepciona. O Hotel é limpo, bem localizado e moderno por dentro mas, é estranho pois não tem recepção, te dão uma chave do quarto e da porta da frente e você que se vire. Se precisar de algo a noite não tem ninguém para te orientar, sem dizer que o hotel divide suas dependências com residência. Resumindo bom porém muito estranho para o que se espera de um hotel.

Charged twice-still waiting for a refund

Upon arrival, the hotel front desk receptionist could not find payment for this booking. I had already paid in full, but was told I needed to pay again as the charge did not go through. So after I was charged- they were able to find the original payment. Then they could not refund my payment to my credit card and proceeded to ask for my bank account information- which I was not going to give. It has been 2 months since I left this hotel and still do not have a refund. This ruined my stay there and I am still dealing with this.

First off the staff was amazing, so nothing negative about that. My problem is that we felt a bit misled, when we booked, we did so based on the photos for the room. It showed a one bedroom, no stairs. Although our room had stairs to get to the bed and it was extremely small stairs so very hard to go up and down late at night. Followed that with we had a few issues with the plumbing. First night the toilet backed up and flooded before we could even use it (the staff send someone the very next morning to fix it and clean the room but we weren’t able to use the bathroom first night). After that we noticed on our last day there was a very bad smell when we flushed the toilet and it was because the backup sewage was coming out of the shower. Since it was our last day we didn’t want to make a fuss, we just mentioned it to them as we left so they could get it fixed. I’m sure they would have done so beforehand if we mentioned it, so that is mostly on us. Overall, staff and location are amazing. Room is incredibly small and those stairs are extremely scary (plus potential plumbing issues)

가성비 좋은 호텔입니다.

피렌체 4성급 호텔 이상 아니고, 저희는 잠만 자고 다음날 일찍 떠나야해서 잡았는데, 숙소도 깨끗하고 두오모에도 가깝고 역에서 걸어가기도 좋고, 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 다만 그때 저희방에 모기가 많이 들어와서; 그날 밤에만 4마리를 잡고 잤습니다;; 그리고 날씨가 쌀쌀 했는데 이불이 얇아서 좀 춥게 잤습니다. 그거 빼곤, 화장실도 깨끗하고 다 괜찮았습니다~
