목시 도쿄 긴시초 바이 메리어트

시설도 디자인도 서비스도 너무너무 좋은 호텔이었어요! 단지 주변 지역에 너무 술집이 많고 캬바쿠라 같은 가게랑 조폭같은 사람들이 너무 많아서 여자 혼자 다니기에는 좀 무서웠어요. 인스타 사진 남기기에는 너무 예쁜 호텔이니 친구와 여행에는 추천하고 싶은 부티크 호텔입니다!

다 좋은데 바닥에 먼지가 좀 많은 편이고 주변이 유흥가 이다 보니 저층에서 새벽에는 좀 시끄러운 편입니다.

깔끔하고 좋고, 특히 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다 1층 라운지바에 웰컴드링크까지 최고였음!

A great hotel in a convenient location for sightseeing in Tokyo area. Good access to Natural and Haneda, too.

As the hotel is carrying an international brand of Marriott, there is a minimum requirement expected from international brand. The hotel room is comfortable, clean and no carpet, which is a plus. The service level in front office is almost none. The front office staffs are not professional enough in their job during the check in process. I have come to drop my luggage in the morning and have been told to come back around 2 pm for check in. 2 pm and the front office cannot find my reservation. Explanation unclear.i have stayed in Andaz and W hotel where the approach is similar...we can be in the bar during check in. However, they are very professional, fuss-free and they know who we are when we arrived, well prepared to greet the customers and accommodating requests from members. This was not the case with this hotel and they definitely failed to deliver the level of customer service at normal international hotel standard. Limited service, yeap no issue....even Ibis and holiday inn express have a better customer service level at international standard. Very disappointing. The location is not great, in the girls bars area in kinshicho and can be loud/rowdy at night. An embarrassment and reputational risk to the international brand of Marriott.
