Very convenient location Friendly staff

Top class service, friendly staff esp. Joy and Fern. Great pool. Overall great experience.

I stayed at COSI because was very recommend. The only thing I liked is that is the design. The room had a strong smell to humidity, the shower had some hairs, I was there for 3 nights and just got the bed done one time, not a room cleaning, they supposed to let pool towels in the room, I didn’t have them so I asked for it, never got them. The guy at the reception was very kind Noisy at night. I will not stay there again. I reader pick one on the front beach so I don’t have to fight every day to get to the beach as the Garda from the hotels don’t let you pass and there isn’t a public access

Nice place but the WiFi was spotty.

Really good hotel, lovely service as always despite it being busy at checkin time etc have stayed a couple times and will continue to do so when in chaweng
