We stayed here in May and would definitely stay here again. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend this property.

The only complaint I had about our stay is that what you see on line isn't what it looks like. It looks more like a huge apartment complex, and I thought all the amenities where going to be within walking distance for my kids and they where not.

He resort was very clean, nice with amenities. I enjoyed how helpful and friendly the staff was. When I asked for more towels the staff informed me that they would have them delivered to my room because they didn’t have any at the desk. They were delivered promptly. Only complaint the people above us has kids running back and forth during the entire stay. I complained Saturday and Sunday morning. The running stared at 6am, not what I wanted as a wake up call for my vacation.

Front desk and lifeguards were very friendly. Rooms are a bit dated and there were NO curtains-really bad idea so be prepared to wake with the sunrise (rather than relax and sleep in). The room looked clean, but it was EXTREMELY dusty.. Every surface especially the lights were covered. Probably bc it may Unused for awhile. Some buildings were updated on the outside, others were not. Its a decent place to stay, but there's better options resort wise in Branson. I may try them again once they updated.
