We had problems with the electricity in our room but we were immediately given another room so the air con would work. Check in a little slow but it’s thailand, we don’t mind Thai time. Staff were very helpful and friendly, always with a smile

We stayed at the hotel with a large family and we had 2 rooms. We really enjoyed the pool, the location was great, and the cleaners were awesome. The breakfast and the breakfast staff were also exceptional. Using the beach towels and the policy around a deposit was a little unclear, and that led to a little frustration. Aside from that everyone was friendly this was a decent hotel.

The front desk girls were great. My husband's bag ripped so he asked where a seamstress would be & 1 of the girls sewed it for him. There's a tiny pool in the lobby good for a quick dip to cool off. There were new remodeled rooms shown online but we had an old dark room on the 4th floor of an old section of the hotel. At night the lights in the stairway were turned off & it was completely black walking up 4 flights of stairs, not very safe. Many times when booking on this site & other online sites for cheap prices, you get the old, less desirable rooms & not the newer, renovated more convenient rooms.

This hotel is about a 10 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are very nice, however there is virtually no internet in the room. You have to go to the lobby. The problem with this is that there are lots of people congregating/smoking/watching videos/looking after their children as well in the lobby since nobody has a decent internet connection. We could hear people even at 1 am speaking in Russian quite loudly. I would also suggest serving real coffee/having milk or cream and real juice with breakfast- small suggestion but most would appreciate it for the price paid. For the price paid per room I think a better breakfast would be a good idea.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners/managers went above and beyond to make our stay a very nice one. The price was perfect for our budget. Do nos that the airport shuttle has a surcharge which hotels.com doesn't show. The manager honored the free shuttle but this should be corrected as it is a long way from the airport.
