Staff was super friendly, lots to do around the property. The suite was veryyyy nice, beds are beyond comfortable. The tvs could be a little bigger for a presidential suite, but overall it was a great place to relax! Also love the balcony area

Everything at the resort was great. The waterpark was an additional cost which we did not realize until we arrived. The room was great. Only negative was the above neighbors were unbelievably load all night long so sleeping was difficult.

We booked for a girls family get-away to see the Tyler Rose Festival Parade. We had 4 adult women, a teenager and a 2 year old. We had a blast! We attended a painting class, played in the water park and arcade, had snacks and drinks at the cafe, hung out by the fire, and had family time in the spacious rooms! We loved that it was gated and had a washer/dryer with available soap! It was great to go home with clean laundry! The two year old especially enjoyed the deep jetted tub!

Great space. Clean with everything we needed to have a great couple days. The elevator did break when we went to leave, and being on the fourth floor with our grandmother wasn’t ideal. But that’s no one’s fault and they did start repairs immediately after I called. Overall I would recommend and will plan to be back!

The customer service was awesome! They allowed adequate time for us to stay before checking out. The key card/wristlet was so convenient. The time was a little slow for receiving assistance with a maintenence issue and getting towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The amenities where awesome, the only reasoning behind the low star review is because the carpet was soaked by the kitchen when we arrived. So everytime we wanted to cook or get something to drink we had to step in a cold puddle. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable get away.

This place is not so bad, what I don't like is they are to pushy Trying to sell you timeshare is annoying, They give me a bottom unit and the people above were stomping their feet, running around back and forth from 5:00am to 6:15 am in a Sunday morning! front desk was closed at that time, try to called them, you go here to relax and rest, but there's no rest in this place, I will not stay here in the future.

We only stayed for one night; but, will certainly hope to go back again for a longer stay. In November, the sun sets early—so, after checking in at 4pm and taking our boat to the marina and making the arrangements to place it in a stall overnight, we were really out of daylight to explore the property. We were thankful there was still time to order food from the restaurant (grill.) Everything that we saw was very clean and inviting. Our villa was a very pleasant place. We had some time to relax on the balcony before going to bed. We planned to be on the lake early in the morning. I appreciate everyone who made our stay enjoyable. We had personal encounters with the front desk staff and those preparing food at the grill. Knowing, there are many people we don’t see, who work hard to make this place desirable and accommodating. I have stayed here before and had a wonderful experience. This time it was dirty and hard to get and help. The room was dirty upon our arrival. It had a bag of trash from the previous renter. The guest bath tub was filthy and was stopped up. I called the front desk and asked for someone to take care of the issues. It took them 4 calls and two days to help me.
