Parking is truly limited. I arrived around 6 pm but the parking lot was already full. I had to use a parking lot at the JR station at extra cost. Breakfast is also limited. And staffs at the concierge are neither polite not helpful. As there was no parking space, I asked them to keep my unloaded luggages while I tried to find a parking space. They repeatedly refused my requests without hesitation. I had to 'dump' my luggages by the door and ran away to park my car.
I stayed here for 2 days and the staff was very rude and impolite. The lady who has short hair and worked on 5th October as a day shift, did not direct us well and was very rude. I was satisfied with this hotel but because of the service she provided, I don't want to go back again. It was very rude and unsatisfied moment I experienced. Having good experience in hotel is very important with good staffs. NEED TO BE IMPROVED.
