Great location, stay, and service.

Very disappointed about this accomodation! We stayed there for 2 night in March, when temp at night is below zero First thing first, the shower: water turned into freezing cold water after around 15 min of bath, (sorry people you have to shower real fast) Second, the wifi is NOT WORKING at all, despite claiming to be ‘4G unlimited’ Third, the location of the accomodation... we picked this place because of its close distance to the Duomo, but be very very careful guys: it is located in the rooftop garden (6/F), to get there, first you have to take lift to 6/F (lift only works by using lift key provided by staff) then had a little walk on the rooftop garden before reaching the accomodation, to be honest, the rooftop can be quite creepy at night. (Not recommended for solo traveller) And the worst part is, when you check out from the accommodation, you are required to leave the keys at the accommodation. However, THE LIFT ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVE LIFT KEY, so we ended up carrying our luggage (yes, huge heavy ones) down for 6 floors :( :( :( In summary, this place is not recommended for solo traveler/ people who are looking for good quality shower or wifi. P.S. They do charge you an extra cleaning fee which is not included in the price shown in Hotels.com (I am not allowed to mention the exact price here but the cleaning fee is enough for buying yourself a dinner main course in any decent Italian restaurant)

it's a unique place to stay. very close to downtown and quiet and peaceful.

Great location with an amazing view on the Duomo from the rooftop. Right outside the studio there is a table and chairs surrounded by nice plants with a great view of the city. Modern and well equipped studio. Check in at central station, 1st floor in an Italianway Apartmens office. Very friendly staff with great tips and infos about Milan. Might encounter a very strange looking large dog (friendly but freaky) on the other side of the rooftop. Carry a pack of ham to distract it (jk) (not jk).
