The stay was good beds and towels clean but the apartments could do with a make over and tidy up not the best I have stated in

Room wasn’t ready on arrival. No apology for this, just told to come back later.

Apartments are modern and clean. Very central, 5 min walk from train station. We were upgraded as the apartment we originally booked the builders were running behind. Our apartment was on the Bigg Market so plenty of bars and places to eat. Short walk to the quays. £100 deposit is required on a card incase of damage

Needs a good spruce up!

The apartment I stayed in has clearly had a lot of traffic over the years and is looking tired. Carpet edges are coming up and nearly every wall is marked . It needed a very good clean from top to bottom and decorated.

The apartment was supposed to be for 5 people but there weren’t enough beds. Sofa was just a standard sofa and there wasn’t enough bedding. Made for a very cold and uncomfortable night. The kitchen was very badly equipped. No way you could make a meal in it. There were only 2 forks, 2 knives, 1 spoon, 1 very dirty pan, 2 bowls and 3 plates. Poor selection of glasses and tiny mugs. All had to be washed before using to get the dirt and grease off them. Very disappointed as we were away for a family weekend and expected to be able to make meals.

I stayed at this apartment for 3 nights, 2 of which I had no hot water. I spoke to them after the first night and the water was fine the second night but on my return to the property from work on the third night it was not working again. There is nobody to contact as they only have someone in during daytime office hours. I spoke to them about some sort of refund, which I believe is fair and they said they would look into it. I have heard absolutely nothing since. The property itself is not bad at all, it is looking a little tired. Many of the spotlight bulbs had blown and not been replaced also.

8/10 Very good

Great place, not too far from town or the arena. Electric rads can’t be controlled because the dials have melted so the rooms get really hot or cold as there’s no way of regulating them. Other than that it’s really good value for money and very spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Honest review, stayed in apartment 41 for a family event. Arrived at 3pm-ish and was told check in was at 4pm, when I stated it was 3pm on Expedia, was given the key and told the apartment was ready for us and to park at the back free of charge if there was space (there was). When we entered everything was clean and in place, beds where made up nicely, fresh towels, couldn't fault it. However, as with previous review I'd read, the furniture in the livingroom was "knackered", faux leather flaking off the sofa and dining chairs, tv bog standard (a lovely purple/green glow and not smart), crockery I'd say hit and miss, and the paint job not professionally finished. The beds were a little hard, this is personal preference, you can't please everyone, but the pillows were comfy, and we liked the fact that there were blankets on the bed (we have a high tog duvet at home). All this being said, for the price, the location, we didn’t spend much time there due to the event, it was alright and would probably book again if we were up that way for another weekend (probably wouldn't stay with our kids though). However, we wouldn't call it luxury or 4 stars, chamges would need to be made for that, but then I suppose that would drive up the cost of staying there.

2/10 Poor

We made a booking via Expedia for 6 people ( 3 bedrooms) on 4th May . We are allocated apartment 43 . Which is a 2 bedroom , for 4 people . We told reception this and were told " oh I can see what has happened" but no further assistance given. As 2 of our party has a change of plan it was ok although we did have to share a room when 2 of us were expecting to have a room each. But had they checked in later as planned they would have had nowhere to sleep . We also raised issues that ; There were only 3 mugs , apparently there are no spares ? And all other accommodation was booked , so who was in the apartment we should have had ? The complimentary tea and coffee was very poor , 4 tea bags, 1 sugar and 3 coffee sachets , no milk or whitener . Only hand wash in the bathroom not the en-suite. We also reported that ,the blinds were broken / would not work but nobody offered to fix them. The apartment itself was basis and nowhere near luxury .

Property has a great location, walking distance, the 3 bedroom ‘superior’ apartment looked like a uni accommodation the way laid out there were walls which had holes in filled in - rooms nothing special a worn bed and small wardrobe only - we were travelling wanted to see possible to check in earlier as room available however would be extra 20pound an hour - the security bond took week refund contacted hotel no reply for them release after bank said waiting on merchant - parking wasn’t even viable Ended up parking on street which was cheaper as well
Chloe, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The property was not fit for purpose. The additional bed that we paid for was a tiny camp bed with no mattress just a folded up quilt. Why is the room sold for 5 people if the 5th person has to sleep on that? Every time you turned the tap on in the bathroom the noise that came form the kitchen tap was deafening. The oven door was hanging on by a hinge and the glass wasn’t attached. Overall a terrible stay.

Good location for all city centre amenities, spacious apartment ideal for short stay with friends.

6/10 Good

Bad check-in communication but decent place.

The email about checking in with details was non-existent and more the issue was because I had to check in after hours, I could have relied upon what to do. Instead after phone calls I finally reached someone who had to themselves learn how to check me in via a lock box to get a key. All this could have been solved with a email detailing things that are useful. Instead after an hour wondering if I would have to cancel, finally it worked out. In the apartment, it was okay but no wash cloth, and just missing the beat on a few things. Clean enough but like the really bad check in, not a place or experience I will want to repeat.

Was advertised as luxury apartments, might be to some who stays at travel lodge hotels. It’s all about the finishing touches for luxury and good interior furniture, this apartment lacked both. Rotten wood in bathroom. Blinds fall off when trying to open them and a dirty hob in kitchen. Would not stay again!

Kevin, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

Great potential but low quality...

The Apartment is central and we'll located and, if you're lucky you might get one with a view of the bridge. We only stayed for one night, the living area/kitchen is well designed, providing plenty of space to move around between both sides. We had a two room apartment with enough space in each room and, the mattresses were ok. Unfortunately the kitchen sink makes a loud static noise each time the hot water tabs in the apartment/building turned on. The toilet in the ensuite bathroom was used and not flushed and they were nails on the bed which was already made. The other room had 4 light bulbs but only 1 was working. Informed the receptionist but we were informed that there was no maintenance staff available, it was 1640hrs on a Sunday, right after check-in. There were 5 reading lights in the apartment and only two of them were working. We cleaned the hand soap bottle in the main bathroom because the soap was coming out with mould. The oven works but the door is broken. The gentleman during check-out was more customer orientated compared to the lady during the check-in, it was cold and felt like we were disturbing. I had huge expectations when I made this booking, I checked it on both Hotels.com and on Dream apartments' website. From seeing the pictures on both sites to then slowly discovering the faults within the flat, disappointing. Your apartments have a huge potential unfortunately I feel the work behind it to maintain the standard is lacking.

6/10 Good

The apartment is tired and has had some painting work done but in a very poor way. Furniture and carpets in the lounge are in a poor condition and needs refreshing, the windows were very hard to open and handles were loose which was a concern when trying to close them up. Lights to the main bed room did not work with only bed side lamps working.
Dominic, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

No hot water available in our room for three days, bathroom door did not close let alone lock as the door was too large for the surround. Window had black tape around it to keep it shut. Lounge door edging was peeling off exposing the nails to keep it held on, the whole place needs maintenance. Nothing like the photos on Hotels.com Children from room next door were able to run along our balcony and bang on the window first thing in the morning. Staff didn’t really want to know. Was however offered 15% refund but would not recommend this place.

Not great, but did the job

The property was in a great location and the person helping with check in was very helpful. The room however was tired and dated. Stains on the walls throughout but the worst ones were next to the bed. Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned
5-night trip

Overall it was a decent stay for the price. Although the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned on arrival and the “extra bed” was a very small camp bed which wasn’t really worth the additional cost.
