Location was good but didnt realize no receptionist. That would have been fine id they ever answered emails. I booked and probably 4 weeks before staying there tried contacting them first to tey and get transportation to hotel. Never heard from them. Emailed again and nothing. So then tried asking about about early check in or baggage drop off since we landed in morning. Nothing. Not a peep. Less then 2r hours before arrival i get email asking if we needed to be picked up and our srrival time. A little late to help us. Very disappointed. We had to leave rarly and no response about geting esrly breakfast. I still gave a 4 out of 5 bc of location and boutique but they have to do better about emails if they srent going to have receptionist.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. We did not have access to calling and the host was kind and used WhatsApp to reach out to us in regards to checking in which was helpful. The place was large with a hot tub and cute patio. The breakfast was included, but pretty confusing in regards to choosing each meal. i.e. it would state Italian breakfast with hotcakes and a croissant or English breakfast with toast and an egg. We never got an egg or hotcakes even when selected. You kind of got whatever they had, which were these delicious croissants. Other than that, it was amazing suite and great location.

Except for a misunderstanding on their side regarding the check-in time, it stay is recommendable. We had room nr 5 which was spacious and with a balcony. The location is great, the room feels new and with a nice touch with Netflix on the TV and a shower next to the bed! The breakfast we got was not what we ordered (eggs and toast, but got croissants) however. If not for the check-in misunderstanding and the breakfast, the stay would to top notch!

The location was great, however, the breakfast was poor, the mattress was very uncomfortable. One morning there was only cold water to start and eventually the hot water came. The room was spacious and modern, however, they could clean up the dust. The washroom was clean.

Location is great, very central. Room itself is lovely and has a balcony. However, I had few issues which is why I am giving low rating: - Water issues (ie for shower, sink etc). I couldn't take shower or even wash my face and I have to leave hotel and checkout in less than an hour. Waited as I was asked, but still no water. It is absolutely unacceptable in modern age not to be able to take shower in a hotel room - Wi fi - so slow that I couldn't use it - Balcony door - was broken and couldn't open when I checked in, it was opened for me later and then it couldn't close...
