해비타트 아파트먼트 비치 스튜디오

This apartment is small, and the shower is tiny, but it was comfortable enough for us and the location is quite perfect. You can walk to anything you need and have easy access to buses or taxis if you want to travel farther into the city. It does require you to walk up stairs for any/all apartments and is definitely not a good fit for anyone larger than average, as I (a 5'6" woman) could barely use the shower stall without hitting my elbows.

We were standing outside the apartment for two hours. I arrived at the apartment at 15.00 hours but nobody was waiting us for check in. I told the apartment by email our flight schedule and expected flight might land at 14.00 hours. I called to the apartment office a lady claimed that a lot of chech in on that day and told us a receptionist would come for our check in before 16.15 hours. We had to wait in the street outside the apartment till 16.20 hours. I called again but nobody can speak English in the office. A gentleman driving a motor cycle, I asked for help, he translated that the lady told us we were late. We were punished to standing under the light raining till 17.10 hours a gentleman came in for our check in.

Had to walk up 4 flights, there was no elevator and that was not identified on the description. It was noted that there is no front desk, apparently I had to inform them of my arrival for checkin but I was flying in when I received their email asking for this information. The confirmation also stated that I did NOT need to call back and confirm; had I called to confirm, I may have gotten this missing information. I had to wait in a less than safe area, alone, for the person to give me the key. When I called, the individual on the phone was nice and tried hard to get someone to let me in, I waited about an hour. The bedding included one top sheet, no blanket or comforter.

Excellent logement, propre, idéalement placé à 15-30 min maximum des principaux lieux, Barceloneta Beach, quartier des bars et restaurants, Plaza Cataluna….

Badeværelse med alt for lille brusekabine og og hele badeværelset lugtede af spidskommen, samt var meget gammelt og toilettet var løst.

Dette studio passer ikke for en familie og bildene lyver nok noe på nettsidene. Kan tenke meg at et par ungdommer som skal oppleve strand, uteliv, tenker at dette er helt greit for å sove, men det kan strengt talt ikke anvendes til mer. Sovesofa for 3 person er egentlig helt ubrukbar. Som nettsted, Hotel.com, så må dere ha bedre kontroll på det dere tilbyr og være tydelig på hva man kan forvente. I Barcelona på sommers tid er prisene på overnatting generelt høye og dette studio overnattingsstedet ligger i nedre sjikt, men koster alt for mye i forhold til kvaliteten. Vi kan ikke klandre huseierne, men igjen Hotel.com må ha kontroll på hva de tilbyr.

Pleasant apartment with all the basic necessities included located in the beautiful local neighborhood of Barceloneta. Wonderful area with great local tapas bars and fish restaurants, bars and the beach. You can take a nearby metro, walk or take a bus into different areas of the city.
