I booked a weekend here and upon check in I was upgraded for free to the Junior Suite. The Shift Leader (I think her name is Konstantina) was absolutely amazing and very professional. I was robbed of my purse on the streets of Athens and upon my return to the hotel they went out of their way to make me more comfortable. They let me check out late and offered more beverages. Th room itself was very comfortable. You get a complimentary bottle of water and a few items are in the mini bar. You get a few toiletries but toothpaste is not one of them. The room also came with a coffee machine and some Illy pods. The bed is VERY SOFT, the internet is fast but the TV had very few English Channels. You get access to the pool and spa at the Wyndham Grand and a bakery is open 24/7 downstairs. I would gladly stay here again.

Front desk staff and all other staff were extremely helpful . Very friendly. We were even upgraded to a suite absolutely free of cost. On our second booking we were given the breakfast free of cost too. Hotel location is quite nice. Hop on hop off bus stop is in front of the hotel and lots of restaurants right adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast/ Restaurant area view and ambience is very pleasing.

Staff at the hotel were very helpful. Also the rooftop bar has a nice view. I do suggest going next door if you are looking for a delicious meal at a bargain price. They are an easy walking distance to many of the sights in Athens

Room comfortable and clean. Corridors tatty . Needed vacuuming most of the time. Service and friendliness of staff excellent. Would love to return

Excellent location. Restaurant is open in the evening but very limited in menu choice. Other places to eat nearby but on arrival after flight it would be good not to have to go out again. Excellent location for the Metro, which is the bast way to get around Athens by far. WATCH OUT FOR PICKPOCKETS.
