The whole pet friendly thing should be rethought. If you're staying in a room recently vacated by a pet, there are often allergans, pet damage...and then there's the inconsiderate pet owners who leave thete dogs in the room barking all day. Get a kennel for goodness sake.

A treasure to say the least! Wake up and walk to the beach! Our cottage was impeccably clean and had everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay. CJ (maintenance person) was so helpful with questions. We will absolutely stay again, actually cannot wait!

Love this place!

We love this place! We rented the largest cottage - 8. It was small but had a porch and honestly, with the beach right down the walkway and so much else to do in the area, we didn’t spend much time in the cottage. And the weather was perfect in mid June. Two changes I would suggest - a larger TV and more hooks in the 2nd bedroom for clothes since there’s no closet. I look forward to staying a 3rd time.

Love this place!

The other people in the cottage next to us were loud at night, and with a 16mo it was hard to put him to bed. Also the cottage was dirty, if we walked around bare foot, our feet would be black from the dirty floor, and there was white dog hair everywhere. Great view of the beach.

Location is perfect. Walk to the beach. Close to Wellfleet and Ptown. We had the 1 room for 4 (my husband and 2 teen daughters) and it was very cramped. You can’t use the living space when the pullout is out as you have to move the other furniture into the kitchen area. Luckily the weather was perfect so we were not inside much.

No hot water

Location is great. Unfortunately our hot water heater was broken and had to call 3 times to get hot water. maintenance was responsive, it was just really annoying to have to keep having the heater reset. Shower and bathroom are really small for a family. You can barely turn around. Overall, good location, bedrooms were adequate. I may just try a different cottage next time.

Cute cottage. Microwave did not work. Not many parking options for cars told only one car per cottage. Drain was clogged in the bathroom sink with dental floss hair and bobby-pins. We cleaned this ourselves. Not much storage for clothing. 1 small dresser in each room.

Considered leaving two min after I arrived

I have two words: No closet. A few more include the fact that the “twin bed” was a hard slab of a collapsable excuse for a structure with no linens whatsoever and no pillow. This place was substandard, to say the least. Paint chipping off the walls, a shabby “dresser” and again…no closet. It was clean, the kitchen was fine and everything worked, i.e., appliances. I will never stay there again.

It was a super cute and very clean cottage right off the beach. There was a beautiful, secluded, and romantic little walk to the ocean. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas, with a grill area. Our cottage had a very spacious kitchen and its all only a 6 minute drive into Ptown. I would definitely stay again!
