I rated this experience poorly because after getting a confirmation from Expedia on 6/27, the owner left me a voicemail at 3:27 pm on the day of our planned stay that she "could not accommodate us." Because of sightseeing in Yellowstone Nat'l Park, I did not see that I had a voicemail until we were at the property at about 6:00 pm. She did not cancel the reservation through Expedia, which they explained to me is the standard process. So we had to scramble to book a room in Butte, MT and drive another 45 minutes. It should not have taken the owner two days to tell us she was going to be away from the property that day. A big disappointment.
