We had a relaxing stay at the hotel. We commend the staff for their excellent customer service. They went all out to meet our needs and requests - from the front desk, to the bar and pool staff, and the kitchen and room staff, as well as grounds and security staff. Well done! Bed is old, my husband fell on the side of bed because the side of bed is falling, they put together the bed closer together They dont clean shower everyday, you can see the white stain of soaps at shower room I asked for a coffee creamer on our 3rd night and 4th night but never came. Outdoor pool there is a frog swimming at night on our first night, so my daughter never go to the pool because she’s feeling scared and yucky. Breakfast longanisa is so dry. The only good is the fried rice i can give 10/10 The room is old, the floor is moving, I looked under the carpet and it is a broken tile , they just laid down the carpet to cover. There are some mosquitoes inside the room, they bit my daughters elbow, back and legs, they bit the back of my left leg and it turned up cellulitis, The staff are fine but after 3 days they never help us carry our things anymore. This is not the kind of hotel im expecting, its so expensive, i add few thousands of pesos for my daughter. Very bad experience. No way i can recommend this hotel. You are down.

The building is great for the price. Staff are very pleasant, cheerful, friendly, and very helpful - they went above and beyond satisfying our needs. They even upgraded our room. The managers went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and even asked us to provide them suggestions that would improve their dining menu and customer services.

Pictures of the rooms looked nicer and bigger than the actual rooms. Furnitures were a bit outdated. We had to add a standard room that was a little pricey. But I liked the quietness of the area. We had breakfast on our last day and the food and coffee were delicious. The staff is friendly.

Roach, lizard and mosquito in room. You can hear noise outside loud due to big gap of the bottom of door and one time they changed the comforter and it was rough and itchy. Otherwise the employees are very nice, good food. The room could use upgrade .

It was our first time to visit my husband's family in Laoag and we chose to stay at the Bellagio Hills Hotel because of its great reviews and beautiful photos. We both fell in love with the place at first sight!! It's quiet, private, homey yet elegant with a beautiful view of the Paoay lake. The hotel has a great ambiance and classy decors and interior design. We loved the modern bathroom, toilet with a bidet and the private porch in our room. The place was sparkling clean and all the staff were kind, accomodating and delivered personalized and quality service. We definitely felt right at home! This is absolutely one of our best experiences!! We look forward to coming back in the future! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!
