Very nice, clean, cool room with modern decorations! Clearly a newly created hotel. Linens and towels very clean. Beautiful property! The 2 ladies at the desk were awesome...super helpful! Unfortunately the area is a bit sketch, and at times, loud from people who are homeless. There’s a ton of graffiti around and abandoned buildings, but it is different than in the US, where that usually denotes crime. We were assured that walking in the area was safe and we walked through there to the metro station daily, day & night, for 5 days. No one ever bothered my husband & I. There are a few cafes and bakeries walking distance from the hotel and they were quite tasty and comfortable. For the price, this hotel was well worth it. We would stay here again!

The hotel is in a seedier area of Athens but we had no problems walking to and from the hotel even after dark. Just be aware and you'll be fine. The room was nice with good water pressure. The bed was very firm. The front desk was lovely and gave good recommendations. We would stay here again.
