"Hotel was basic but clean, beds were awful far too soft. Could hear every noise made. Black out blinds in rooms good. Bathroom door difficult to close. Good offerings for breakfast and staff pleasant "

"The receptionist was friendly, the room was clean. The room is very very basic. Mattress not good, very soft. Shower cubicle very small, toilet sit would fall on your back each time and very uncomfortable toilet sit, the hotel smelt musty. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast didn’t start until 9am which is to late for us as we are on a business trip. Need refurbishing really "

"There is no dryer on this property (the listing says washer and dryer) which I specifically booked this house in the middle of our trip to do a bit of laundry and now I just have lots of wet laundry sitting in my vehicle hoping it will dry before it gets smelly."

"Spent three nights at the Tailors House. Staff very helpful when needed. Room was big,well kept and very comfortable with all we would need. Nice bar to the side. The restaurant looked good but we didn't have the time to sample it. By far enjoyed the stay here in Ballygawley and would recommend."

"Hotel was well located, friendly and very attentive. Only negative was the room was chilly and asked for heat to be put on, did not work so they left us a blow heater. Other than that lovely food and room was very comfortable. Would stay again."

"Booked a short stay and chose Crockgarve after reading the reviews. To be honest it seemed too good to be true but I am thrilled to be proven wrong. The location and room was stunning and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made it special was Margo. Margo could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible from the welcome drink with her and her husband to the amazing breakfasts, you are made to feel so welcome and part of the family. Margo makes it seem effortless but...

"I am a returner to the Glenavon. It is pleasant surroundings , the staff are excellent, and the Christmas decs are exceptional. Water temp adjustment in the shower was a bit of a challenge, and the hair dryer was adequate but not great. Neither were deal breakers, and didnt take away from the excellent service and great surroundings. Thank you for a lovely stay"
