"Receptionist who checked us in was good, but rest of staff not welcoming at all. Room upgrade was ok but seemed unfinished or lack of furniture. Views on the mountains are amazing, If you can cover your sight and unsee all the trash around the property.

"A very cozy place to stay especially if you’re interested in skiing because the hotel is very close to ski area.
The only thing we didn’t like was room temperature. It was quite cold.

"We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking...

"Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time. Staff was friendly dinner with a view was good. Great view from the room and good water pressure. Clean water to drink right out of the tap."

"The dining room and terrace of the hotel is breathtaking by having wide views of mountains. Staff at reception are great: always polite and smiling. Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing. We woke up a lot of times in the night by noises coming from corridor and the other rooms. Second: room design is not functional. There are only two plugs in the room, and their places are very odd, like behind the beds.. etc. Even...

"The room had a very pungent odor and we had request to change it. But the staff was very reluctant to do so.
Overall it was probably the worst hotel I stayed in years.
Everything is either broken or dysfunctional and when you ask for replacement the staff attitude is very aggressive. "
