Hotels in Mazatlán

"Travel tips. Mazatlan is more of a national destination and not as much foreigners, so be prepared to speak some Spanish to get around. Hotel. 9/10 ONLY because.. please read.... Staff was amazing always attentive. I came at a good time but if you get a wave of check-ins, be prepared to wait a bit. It's a bit of information to hand to you and they give you undivided attention. Food, was offered varieties but you have to hunt them at different times and locations. Breakfast buffet is the same every day though. This hotel package gives you free entrance to aquarium, and shuttle to it's sister hotel Emerald Bay. Diff pool and view and more restaurant options. So that was a plus! JR SUITE, if I am paying for large room, please give me something bigger than FULL size bed. That's my negative. Said sleeps 6 (2 beds & 1 sofa sleeper). I should have been better off getting two rooms and hoping for a king in one. I need my rest during vacation but having to share such a small bed was not my idea. Summed up, I would come back to this hotel but would choose my room option differently. "

"Armando and Valerio and the entire Staff were Wonderful. always out performing themselves, I stay here frequently and it's never a Miss. Always on point the staff and management are always courteous and the security of everyone seems to be very important to them"
