The entire property was charming nestled next to a vineyard. On-site parking and a lovely garden were a bonus. I would highly recommend staying here if you are interested in the Medoc area,

"People at the reception were rude. Everything is closed from noon to 3pm. So all indoor activities are closed even if the weather is bad. Children are not allowed to the indoor pool except very early in the morning or one hour before closing. We came to have swimming activities with our child when the weather is bad.... Fail.
Also the mini golf was not "open" anymore. The only thing they would have to do is clean it. The playground and the gym were also very run down. "

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely for cooling off and the bakery pre-order service was a nice touch. Moat of all, the warm welcome and friendly staff made our visit. We hope to return in the future and highly recommend Les Vacancioles."
