View of the ocean is great, but that's where it ended for me. Charged an extra $ at check in, and alot of it for room cleaning after checkout. Does not have sufficient parking to accommodate all guests and they charge alot for it if you are lucky enough to get it. Staff was either rude or completely unhelpful.

the hotel is generally good. the rooms are clean, but not new. The first line is an advantage, but not very important as it turned out. I paid for a room with an ocean view, but in fact they gave me a room with a side view of the ocean and not a direct one. the most important problem that everyone needs to know about is that before purchasing, check the additional fees since I had to pay an additional for 4 days before check-in. for 4 days.

We were charged a $388 'cleaning fee' at check out which was unexpected and obviously not deserved based on the condition of the unit (bathroom, chewed out base of door, furniture dirty and old).
