I would absolutely not stay at this hotel again. Our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The sofa pullout mattress was in terrible condition — it was clearly very old and overused, with broken springs and no real support. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and it was almost impossible to get any rest.
The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, which made the space stuffy and uncomfortable, especially after a long day of traveling. On top of that, the shower head barely produced any water, making it difficult even to take a proper shower. The bathroom lighting was also a major issue, as it would flicker repeatedly before finally staying on, which felt both frustrating and unsafe.
When we went to the front desk to purchase bottled water, we were told there was none available. Even after asking if they could check the storage room, the staff member was unwilling to assist us. The customer service was extremely poor and indifferent to our needs.
Additionally, the overall environment of the hotel felt unsafe. There were sketchy individuals hanging around the building, including people roaming the halls late at night, which made us feel very uneasy.
If we hadn’t just driven seven hours and arrived after 9 p.m., we absolutely would have turned around and left. This hotel was a major disappointment, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for accommodations.
