Disappointed.
Awful. I accidentally booked a smoking room...got to the property and asked for a non smoking room as I am very allergic to cigarette smoke. The clerk said- since its non refundable that there was nothing she could do. I reached out to hotels.com for help, maybe a refund or get another room in the same town- but they did not help either, even tho I have been a very loyal user for many years, as I travel a lot with business. Very sad and disappointed that no one could help. I ended up booking at another hotel in the same town.

When I checked in the desk worker was on his phone sitting on a chair. Hey was wearing a hoodie which looks so unprofessional and yawning when I was talking to him. Then my key wouldn’t work. Then when I finally got in my room it was not cleaned from the guest before. I went to desk to tell them the worker said he had just checked the room after he had gave me the keys which obviously was untrue.
