This property was great. Clean, high quality, ocean view, everything we hoped it would be. The only problem we had was the hot water going out four times followed by a few attempts in communication with follow up.

This is an amazing place, gorgeous house. Cachi and and his wife, Gaby, the owners, were so kind and ready to make anything happened. Irma the housekeeper/chef made great food and was very kind. I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean, and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach. Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. A Big Thank you Vallarta Live Hotel !

My family really enjoyed staying at La Puesta. The views are spectacular, we loved waking up to see and hear the ocean everyday. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely curated. My kids (7&9) loved the pool and slide. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect because it was quiet, away from the noise of the town center, but a convenient 10 minute walk (or couple minute golf cart) ride into town. Definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.

Zona Z was beyond everything one could hope for a relaxing beach vacation. Siggy, Mark, Marcela and staff were as delightful as they were helpful at every turn. The room was so quiet (even with construction in the neighborhood). Our in-room massages and covid tests allowed us to stay relaxed and pampered throughout the entire trip. This was the first of many wonderful stays for us at Zona Z.

The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus.
I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. Also two bottles of water every day was a nice touch.
The room was spacious, and staff was very welcoming.
I could find a few things to complain about, but for the price I paid, I don’t want to.

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.

I was here for three nights in February 2024 and had an enjoyable stay. The front desk team of Joseph and Neo were friendly and supportive. The room was spacious and the shower was huge and divine. I also liked the rooftop pool as an escape from the town when I needed it. I recommend this place if you want a nice hotel near the downtown of Sayulita. It kind of felt like an oasis in the busy town.

This is easily one of my favorite trips to mexico. Veronica at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, as well as the servers, were all beyond amazing. I had the villa, which felt like literally, I was living in a one bedroom villa, and it was magical. I can't wait to go back.

Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app helps you compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you stay informed and ready to book when rooms become available or rates drop.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate based on various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a better deal on your stay in a Puerto Vallarta hotel. If you're in search of a distinctive experience, boutique hotels can provide a more personalized touch and potentially better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we'll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If it turns out to be on the higher side, we can suggest alternative dates that may offer more affordable options.
Consider your location: Hotels near the city center generally tend to be pricier, but thanks to Puerto Vallarta's great public transportation options, you might discover more affordable independent hotels a bit farther out that are still conveniently connected. For those interested in exploring alternative, less crowded neighborhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for your money. Choosing these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
